Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes items need to be returned. Our return policy is as follows, and as always, feel free to contact us with any questions.
Please note that ALL mail-order returns must be shipped back to our Mount Laurel headquarters: 109 Gaither Drive, Suite 302, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054.
Returns
Unopened item(s) may be returned in the original unopened package within 15 days of your purchase for a full refund in the amount of the then-current price or your original purchase price (whichever is lower, less shipping charges). Opened item(s) may NOT be returned.
To return an item, contact Carpet Network to obtain a return authorization number. The RA number must be prominently displayed on the returning box for a rapid refund. Failure to list the RA number prominently on the returning box will result in the failure to process your return efficiently and timely.
Shipping charges to return the product are your responsibility. Upon the return of an item within the return policy we will verify all items are included and ensure that there is no damage to the item.
Refunds
Refunds for returned merchandise will be made in the form that payment was made. If payment was made by credit card, refund credit must be issued on the same credit card as was used for the purchase.
Shipping Damages
If you notice shipping damage upon delivery of goods to one or more of the boxes, please note the fact with the driver. Contact Carpet Network within 3 days of receipt of the damaged parcel. Once a claim has been made, Carpet Network will work with the carrier to have the damaged goods picked up. We will arrange for replacement of your product at no additional charge to you.
Refused Orders
All refused orders will be subject to a 5% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. In addition, refused orders may be subject to additional shipping charges to cover the cost of returning the products to Carpet Network.
